High Performance CDI Box for Kawasaki KEF 300 Lakota KLF 300 Bayou 1988-2004
There are 3 possible stators for GY6 scooter. Please verify the number of coils and wires. The 8 coils, 5 wires option is RMS010-102437. The 11 coils stator is RMS010-102447.
We have a lot of experience with these ATV's. We highly recommend replacing the voltage regulator rectifier at the same time as the CDI unit. It is the reason for CDI failures. These unit are triple tested at the factory to make sure they perform properly.

The only real way to test your CDI box is to swap it out with another known good unit from the same year/make/model. Because of this, we recommend that you rule everything else out before replacing the CDI box
Our CDI may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
