Position Summary

The RMStator team is growing and is currently seeking a full/part-time Customer Service Representative to join our ranks. The individual will be part of the CSR team and play a key role between our service facility and customers. You will have to:

• Provide information and support to customers (phone and email);
• Create service tickets by using Xsellco and SAP systems;
• Support the return center
• Promote our products and services;
• Collaborate with the production service.

Schooling

5-grade secondary diploma completed

Experience

Have 1 to 3 years of experience in CSR department

• Bilingualism required (french-english)
• Ability to navigate Internet easily
