FREE 90-DAY RETURNS

Return shipping from anywhere in the Canada or United States is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from RMSTATOR, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 90 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must not show any sign of wear and have the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

You must submit your return case to RMSTATOR BEFORE sending your part to us.

The provided return authorization number must be clearly shown on the return box. If not, the return will be refused, and the part sent back to you. The return authorization number is valid for 20 days.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, RMSTATOR will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

2-YEAR WARRANTY

Warranty shipping from anywhere in the Canada or United States is always FREE. International buyers must pay shipping fees to return the defective part to RMSTATOR.

If your item is defective, we can:

  • Replace or refund it if request submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Replace it if request submitted between 31 days and 2 years following purchase date.

You must submit your warranty case to RMSTATOR BEFORE sending your part to us.

The provided return authorization number must be clearly shown on the return box. If not, the return will be refused, and the part sent back to you. The return authorization number is valid for 20 days.

Upon receiving your defective part, we will test the returned part for defect. If it is not deemed as faulty, the part will be shipped back to the sender and will be charged the $40 testing fee.

Replacement

Once we approve your warranty request, we will ship your replacement part same day.

Refunds

Once we approve your warranty request, we will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

The warranty will be void if the part shows signs of misapplication, rough handling, mistreatment, gear tooth failure or any other alterations.

A $50 fee will apply if returns or warranties are sent to RMSTATOR by collect shipping.
