Return & Warranty Policy

At RMSTATOR, we believe in delivering the best customer experience in the powersports industry.
Our goal is to make returns and warranty claims as simple and transparent as
possible.

30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
• Include the original packaging and all accessories

All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal before sending any product back.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of an RMSTATOR error (such as an incorrect item shipped or a product that arrived damaged or defective).

Restocking Fees

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

If a returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of installation or use, is missing original packaging, or cannot be resold as new, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may be deducted from your refund.

Products that are damaged, modified, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Every RMSTATOR product is backed by our 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

All warranty claims must be submitted through our Warranty Portal before returning any product.

Warranty Coverage

If your product is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing defect:

• Within the first 30 days after purchase: RMSTATOR may replace or refund the product.
• From 31 days up to 2 years: RMSTATOR will replace the product under warranty.

Warranty Shipping

• Canada & United States:
  RMSTATOR will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved warranty claims.

• International customers:
  Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to RMSTATOR.

Warranty Inspection

Every returned warranty product is inspected and tested by our technical team.

If no manufacturing defect is found:

• The product will be returned to the customer.
• A $40 testing fee will apply.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products showing signs of:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect application
• Misuse or abuse
• Physical damage
• Product modifications or
  alterations
• Gear tooth failure
• Normal wear and tear

Additional Information

• Do not return any product without an approved return or warranty request.
• RMSTATOR is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• A $50 handling fee will be charged for any shipment sent to RMSTATOR with freight collect (COD) or unpaid shipping charges.
