Installation
Not following these instructions may result in damaging the part or other components on your vehicle.
  • By using a small soldering iron, weld the wires to the ones on your OEM wiring harness.
  • Insulate your solders with heat shrink.
  • Before attempting to start your vehicle, adjusting the air gap is necessary for certain models.
  • Rotate the flywheel by hand so the raised node is lined up with the pick up /pulsar coil and adjust as close as possible, but no less than 0.010".
  • If no spark or erratic spark, switch the wires at the plug.

Warning:

Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the battery before servicing.
Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician to avoid malfunction.

So far so great. Prices are great i heard nothing but good things about RM Stator. It’s been a slow process putting my k1600 GTL back together. But i finally got it to the point i can start it. Instance start up with new coil sticks and plugs. Sounds great. Still need to blead coolant and put all the plastic back on. But coils fit just like OEM for way less $$$ Thanks RM Stator
