Installation
Installation
Before installing your new stator
- Check the AC output of the stator.
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier
- Check and repair any melted wiring.
- Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors
Our stator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation; we suggest as close as possible no less than 0.010".

Warning:
Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the battery before servicing.

I INSTALLED THE NEW SYSTEM FROM YOU , NOW I HAVE SPARK BUT MY ATV STILL WONT FIRE UP , I AM NOT SURE ABOUT MY OLD STATOR AND TRIGGER COIL , I AM DOING MORE TESTING , TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT MAY BE THE ISSUES.MY QUAD WAS SITTING FOR 2 YEARS OR SO , I DONT KNOW IF I NEED A NEW STATOR / TRIGGER COIL OR NOT BUT I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING, I WISH I KNEW MORE ABOUT THESE MACHINES BUT I DON'T, I AM SURE THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE ACE KIT , IT MAY BE FUEL , OR SOME WIREING ISSUE , SOME TIME AGO I HAD ANOTHER GUY PUT A SO CALLED UPDATE IN MY QUAD , THAT ONLY LASTED 2 WEEKS , AND THE SAME THING , NO SPARK , THEN HE KEPT ON TELLING ME HE COULD NOT WORK ON IT BECAUSE OF TO MUCH WORK IN HIS SHOP , WHICH WAS BULL SO I TOLD HIM FORGET IT , NO DEALERS WOULD TAKE THE JOB IN , THE I HEARD ABOUT RM STATOR , THATS I GOT IN TOUCH WITH YOU , IM GOING TO KEEP ON TESTING , MAY I MIGHT GET LUCKY , IF NOT I WILL CALL RM STATOR AND GET SOME REAL HELP.THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN , DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE A TECH THAT I CAN EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM TO , AND GET SOME HELP ?
